The results of the makeover were as irresistibly stylized and Pinterest-worthy as everything Ms. Conrad does, even garnering an InStyle feature; thus, you can imagine our surprise when we heard she just put the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home on the market for $3.2 million.
