One Direction member Niall Horan just purchased the ultimate bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills for $4.199 million. If his bandmate Harry Styles didn't recently sell his own $4-million house nearby, the two could've been neighbors. The 4,412-square-foot home, which includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms, was built in 1940 but was recently renovated to better connect the interior to the outdoors.

Natural light flows through paneled glass windows and walls throughout the traditional-modern estate, especially in the two open family rooms up and downstairs.
