Nick and Vanessa Lachey Are Saying Goodbye to Their Massive LA Pad

Just over a month after Nick and Vanessa Lachey listed the massive Mediterranean-style home they've lived in since 2011 for $3.9 million, they've sold it for the full asking price. The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom abode in Encino, CA, features a cozy fireplace, billiards room, and sprawling outdoor space complete with a pool and basketball court. Their luxe bathroom will fill our interior design fantasies for months, and don't even get us started on how adorable the rooms are for kids Camden, 3, and Brooklyn, 1! According to Trulia, the home is also located at the end of a cul-de-sac, making it fairly private. While we have no idea why they would want to part with this beautiful space, we're thinking these down-to-earth parents might be hoping to move back to Nick's hometown of Cincinnati and raise their little ones there.
