After just a year and a half of ownership, Rosie O'Donnell is parting ways with her sprawling property in West Palm Beach, FL. The 5,700-square-foot, six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bath home just went on the market for $6.05 million dollars. If it sells for asking, Rosie will make a nice profit over the $4.975 million she paid for it back in July 2015. The home sits on one acre of prime waterfront real estate and includes a deep-water dock, heated swimming pool, two loggias – one with a fire pit and the other with an outdoor kitchen – and a guesthouse.
