Taraji P. Henson just relisted her expansive home in the Hollywood Hills at a pretty considerable discount — about a quarter of a million less than the original asking price. According to Variety, the Empire star had originally listed the home in December 2015 for $3.25 million and has now shaved the price down to just under $3 million. She is also allowing the home to be rented for $12,000 a month. While the asking price has gone down, Taraji would still be receiving a profit off the property, considering she purchased it in March 2010 for $1.7 million.

The Moroccan-style home isn't too shabby, either. Featuring four bedrooms and five bathrooms, the 4,202-square-foot property also offers a small theater, gym, and outdoor fire pit, as well as a spacious outdoor area that could potentially fit a pool. The best feature, however, might be Taraji's incredible dressing room complete with a salon chair and swanky vanity mirror. Let's just say that Cookie would definitely approve.
