Hillary Clinton Announces Tim Kaine as Her VP Pick

Hillary Clinton officially announced her VP pick on Friday in a text message to her supporters: Senator Tim Kaine of Virginia. Former President Bill Clinton and the White House have shown their support for Kaine as the running mate. Prior to his time in the Senate, Kaine served as the governor of Virginia, the lieutenant governor of Virginia, and the mayor of Richmond.
