This Teal Eye Shadow Makeup Tutorial Is the Epitome of Spring Beauty

To re-create her gorgeous halo eyes, use ColourPop's Super Shock Shadows in Luckfully (a bold blue) and Flowershop (a minty turquoise) and ColourPop's Creme Gel Eyeliner in Swerve, among a list of other products. Kathleen advises applying both shadows onto your lids with your finger rather than a brush for a brighter finish, and the results truly are electric.
