When it comes to Fashion Week, Rebecca Minkoff and Jessica Alba are seasoned pros. But even the pros have a few secrets up their sleeves for Fashion Week survival (because let's face it, NYFW is tough for anyone). The stylish duo teamed up for Rebecca's Fall 2017 presentation, and Honest Beauty was the official sponsor of the show. We got to catch up with both ladies backstage at the presentation, and we needed to know how both mamas and entrepreneurs stay afloat during fashion's most busy and glamorous week. The good news is that you don't have to be a designer or a model to take Rebecca and Jessica's advice. Read on for their tips!

When it comes to surviving Fashion Week, both Rebecca and Jessica know the importance of packing the light but important things. Jessica, who is currently expecting her third child, told us that she keeps her Fashion Week purse stocked with hand sanitizer, lip gloss, and Tums (because upset stomachs happen to the best of us). Rebecca's first essential, however, isn't one that you can pack up in a purse. "Sleep is key" she told us, "followed by my favorite Honest Beauty Lip Crayon ($18) and charger tassle ($50) because my phone is always dying." We feel you, girl.

Picking one beauty product to use for the rest of your life might seem hard to some, but for Rebecca and Jessica, it was simple: the duo agreed that they could practically live off of Honest Beauty's Magic Balm ($18). "It's just so easy to use on your lips, your cuticles, your elbows. It does everything!" Jessica shared.

The lead makeup artist for Rebecca Minkoff Fall 2017 collection, Daniel Martin, showcased the real versatility of the balm on models backstage. He used it on their lips to achieve a subtle shine. He also revealed that the product was responsible for the models' glow on the runway. "It's called magic balm because it literally is magic. When you apply this on the cheek, it gives you a really natural highlight with a glossy pop versus a shimmery finish," he said.

After executing a buzzy runway show, treating yourself is absolutely necessary. Jessica shared that the key to unwinding after Fashion Week is a great massage. "My favorite way to relax after shows when I'm pregnant is getting a great massage; there's a ton of great services that come to you, which makes it even more convenient." Rebecca also shared that she rewards herself with "all the carbs" after Fashion Week. Massages and carb loading sounds like a plan to us.
