Lizzo is the queen of TikTok — from dancing challenges to cooking videos and updates on her splits progress, we could scroll for hours on her profile. On Saturday, Nov. 13, Lizzo dropped her weekend self-care routine from start to finish and the products she uses in each step.
The "Rumors" singer starts her day by washing her face using a cleanser from Sunday Riley and then moves on to the rest of her skin-care routine, complete with a little gua sha. She then brushes her teeth with what a commenter called "the fanciest toothpaste I've ever seen," and coming in at $125 a tube, we have to agree. "Rupaul gifted it to me 🥺," was Lizzo's explanation for the luxury toothpaste.
The rest of Lizzo's routine goes as follows: shower, body care, hair care, and get dressed (in a matching pink Fabletics workout set). She then drank a glass of warm water with lemon, prayed, had some coffee, and went to yoga. Sounds like a pretty good Saturday, if you ask us.
To learn about every product Lizzo uses in her self-care routine, keep reading.
Lizzo starts off by washing her face with the Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip Cleanser ($35) and a washcloth.
After cleansing, she sprays herself with a pink face mist. While it's hard to tell exactly what mist she uses, it looks like it's similar to the Boscia Rosewater Mist with Witch Hazel ($24).
Lizzo then applies the True Botanicals Renew Pure Radiance Oil ($110) all over her face, which helps hydrate and nourish skin.
The True Botanicals oil also acts as a base and provides slip for her gua sha tool. She uses one similar to the Skin Gym Jade Gua Sha Facial Tool ($32).
With skin care complete, she brushes her teeth with the Philips Sonicare Protective Clean 4100 Plaque Control Black Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush ($50).
The fancy toothpaste in question that RuPaul gifted the singer is the Theodent 300 Fluoride-Free Natural Toothpaste ($125).
She then rinses with the Garner's Garden Oxy Pulling Mouthwash ($10).
After showering, Lizzo applies a natural crystal spray deodorant. While we couldn't find the exact one she uses, it's similar to the Public Goods Crystal Spray Deodorant ($4).
Then, she moisturizes with not one but two different products: an oil and a shea butter body butter. However, both of the brands are unrecognizable.
For her hair, Lizzo uses the Curly Assembly Lavender Whipped Hair Butter ($19) on her braids before pulling them back in a ponytail and clips.
