Yara Shahidi posted a series of photos on Instagram, and she looked as stunning as ever wearing a long-sleeved Tory Burch dress and a hairstyle she dubbed "Bantu knot art."

The hairstyle, created by celebrity hairstylist SherriAnn Cole, played up the texture of Shahidi's naturally curly hair by giving the Bantu knots, which are typically a more sleek style, a slightly "undone" vibe. Cole left out some face-framing pieces and slicked Shahidi's baby hairs down but in a way that gave them more texture rather than setting them in place. The Bantu knots themselves also got a slight upgrade with Cole leaving the ends of the knots out instead of wrapping them around the base as is done with the traditional version of the style. The entire look is a chic, bohemian dream that makes us want to book a vacation immediately.

This isn't the first time that Shahidi and Cole have collaborated — the stylist is now serving as the cohead of the hair department for "Grownish," Shahidi's hit show — and we're certainly hoping that it won't be the last. Take a closer look at Shahidi's hair below.
