Allison Janney was one of many stars at the Emmys in LA on Sunday evening, and as you may have noticed, she had a gorgeous man on her arm. Philip Joncas, Allison's 35-year-old boyfriend, has been popping up with her at red carpet events here and there for the past year, and sometimes on her official Twitter account! The two were quite loving at Sunday's show, too; Philip even rose to give Allison a hug and kiss when she was announced as one of the night's winners.
