Ryan Gosling Gives Up the Spotlight For a Sweet Surprise Proposal

Ryan Gosling let an audience member steal the spotlight during an event for his new film Lost River at the South by Southwest film festival on Saturday. During a Q&A session, a woman raised her hand to say, "I think your film is amazing, but I'm going to kind of take away from it for a second if I can and ask my girlfriend of 11 years if she'll marry me." There was a collective gasp from the crowd and the film's cast, including Eva Mendes, who was on stage with Ryan. For his part, Ryan announced, "We've got a marriage proposal going on!"
