Kim Kardashian is at it again! After going topless to promote her new makeup collection, the 37-year-old reality TV star clearly decided that wasn't enough and took things up a notch by doing a very NSFW spread shot by Steven Klein for Richardson magazine's 20th-anniversary issue. Kim stripped down to just a white thong for the cover, and in the accompanying photos, the mother of three is pictured staring at her reflection in a fish tank and showing off her famous derrière in a bathtub. According to Richardson, the pictures are meant to show Kim in "a never-before-seen light," and were inspired by the Japanese adult animated psychological thriller, Perfect Blue.
