In addition to sharing cute moments with Alicia Keys's 4-year-old son, Genesis Ali Dean, Taylor also gave a shout-out to her "passionate" Swifties as she took home the "Tour of the Year" award at the iHeartRadio Music Awards for her Reputation Stadium Tour.
