Beyoncé recently covered Vogue's renowned September issue, but it's her photographer who just made history. The "APESH*T" singer chose 23-year-old Tyler Mitchell as her photographer, making him the first-ever black photographer to shoot a cover for Vogue. According to HuffPost, Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour gave Beyoncé full creative control of the shoot. "The reason a 23-year-old black photographer is photographing Beyoncé for the cover of Vogue is because Beyoncé used her power and influence to get him that assignment," a source told the publication.
