13 Reasons Why was officially greenlit for season two not long after its massively successful first season premiered on Netflix, but the streaming giant has made us endure quite the wait for its release date. The first trailer, below, luckily revealed that it will be available to watch on May 18, but the footage was pretty vague as far as plot details go. Fortunately it does provide us with some legit clues. Hannah's mom appears to be taking on the role of detective, while Hannah's former classmates (the ones included in her infamous tapes) are being threatened by notes scrawled in red ink that read: "You talk, you pay."

The brand new trailer, above, lays everything out for us. Clay is seeing visions of Hannah everywhere he goes, and also discovers that "Hannah wasn't the only one" to suffer at Bryce's hands. It also appears that Jessica is spiraling, Justin will return, and a court case seeking justice for Hannah just might end in tragedy. May 18 can't come soon enough, right?
