Is Davos About to Kill Melisandre on Game of Thrones? Here's What We Know

In this week's episode of Game of Thrones, Ser Davos makes a terrible discovery: he finds Shireen Baratheon's grave and realizes that Melisandre had burned her alive to turn the tide in Stannis's favor in the battle against the Boltons at Winterfell.

Davos, who had loved Shireen like she was his own daughter, won't take the news so lightly. In the preview for next week's finale episode, we see Davos angrily confronting a sad but stoic Melisandre. He demands that she tell Jon Snow about what she's done. We also see a quick shot of a surprised, horrified Jon Snow. Davos has always been an honorable type of guy and isn't likely to try and take personal revenge against Melisandre. But he's also been one of the few people bold enough to voice his concerns about her magic, and he has a strong sense of justice. Could Davos ask Jon to put Melisandre on trial, exile her, or execute her? Davos has voiced his approval of Jon before. Maybe Davos wants to expose all of Melisandre's misdeeds and ask Jon to deliver justice? We'll have to find out on Sunday.
