Gotham Season 2 Footage Teases That "Monsters Are Coming"

James Gordon better watch his back, because season two of Gotham is crawling with villains. The first teaser for the new season is out, and not only are Penguin, Edward Nygma, Victor Zsasz, and Jerome (who is looking even more like the Joker) back, new people have joined the crew. Tigress (Jessica Lucas) and her billionaire brother Theo are in the building! Season two, which we think will actually be better than the first season, is set to premiere on Sept. 21.
