Netflix's New Christmas Romance Looks Cheesier Than Ever . . . And We'll DEFINITELY Be Watching

Brace yourself, because Netflix has another cheesy Christmas romance coming your way!

This time around, the streaming giant brings us The Holiday Calendar, which stars The Vampire Diaries' Kat Graham as a struggling, talented photographer who's stuck in a rut in her hometown. That all changes, of course, when her grandfather (This Is Us actor Ron Cephas Jones) gifts her an antique Advent calendar that seems to contain real magic that predicts the future. In other words, every time she opens one of the little packages, her real life mimics it — from getting an amazing photography assignment to meeting the potential love of her life.

The film also stars Quincy Brown and Ethan Peck and launches globally on Netflix on Nov. 2. If that's too long of a wait for you, however, there are plenty of other original holiday romances for you to watch right this minute, from A Christmas Prince to A Christmas Inheritance.
