This SNL Skit Nails What It Would Be Like If Some of Our Favorite Stars Hosted the Oscars

With all the Oscars controversy that's gone down over the past few weeks, it's still unknown who will end up being the host of next year's show. The names of several celebrities have been thrown around for the gig, but the honor remains a mystery. Naturally, the cast of Saturday Night Live got in on the fun, and compiled "audition tapes" for a few potential hosts during Dec. 15's episode.

The hilarious skit was chock-full of impressions including Kate McKinnon's classic Ellen DeGeneres, Aidy Bryant's spot-on version of Australian comedian Hannah Gatsby, and Matt Damon's re-creation of Matthew McConaughey.
