Pentatonix Light Up the Fourth of July With Their Catchy Mashup of "Stay" and "The Middle"

We never tire of Pentatonix's catchy covers. On Fourth of July, the a cappella group lit up Washington, D.C., as they performed their brand new mashup of "Stay" and "The Middle" during PBS's A Capitol Fourth. In addition to showing off their incredible voices, the group put their own spin on the hit songs by slowing things down a bit. If you're obsessed with their cover, we have good news: there are plenty more amazing PTX performances in store!

Ahead of their appearance on A Capitol Fourth, we talked exclusively with Scott Hoying about Pentatonix's upcoming Summer tour. Spoiler: it's going to be "epic." Not only are they performing some new and old hits, but Hoying added that this tour really feels like "the best version of Pentatonix." The tour kicks off on July 12, but in the meantime you can replay their gorgeous performance above.
