The Vampire Diaries: Here's the Haunting Song That Plays at the End of the Finale

The season seven finale of The Vampire Diaries accomplished a number of things, and I won't list any of them here, because spoilers. But what I will say is that it featured a drop-dead gorgeous cover of Coldplay's "Don't Panic." The version is by Clairity, and it's also featured in the X-Men: Apocalypse trailer.
