Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Finally Has a Premiere Date — and It's Perfect

On July 29, Netflix held a series of panels and presentations as part of the Summer TCA press tour. And though there was no planned panel for the hotly anticipated witch-romp, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, we still got an exciting surprise announcement: a premiere date! Netflix pulled out all the stops for the reveal: a whole group of identical Sabrinas lined the stage in Letterman jackets, chanting, "Something wicked this way comes." Another fleet of Sabrinas marched into the audience and passed out candied apples.

As the red lights flickered and the creepy music intensified, the stage Sabrinas turned around, and each jacket had one letter (or number) of the premiere date. As expected, the series will drop in the spookiest time of the year, just before Halloween. We'll be able to witness the magic (literally) starting Oct. 26! You know what that means, right? It's only a matter of time before we get some kind of teaser or trailer. Right? Netflix? Are you there? Hello?
