Arrow Season 4: Oliver Is Proposing to Felicity?!

One month from now, Arrow will be back and all will be well with the world again. Season 4 starts on Oct. 7, smack in the middle of Fall TV premieres. It's no secret that I'm rooting for Oliver and Felicity's relationship to flourish on the new season, and it's downright surreal seeing them live a domesticated life in this new trailer. He's even about to propose to her! Of course Ollie gets dragged back to his old duties, but this time, he's about to be the Green Arrow. Check it out!
