Ed Sheeran may not have been able to attend the iHeartRadio Awards on Sunday night, but that didn't stop him from making a small cameo during the show. After taking home song of the year for "Shape of You," the singer gave a stripped-down performance of "Perfect" via satellite in Melbourne, Australia, where he's currently touring. Standing in front of a group of lucky fans at Hosier Lane, the singer proceeded to make hearts melt as he crooned the lyrics to his hit song. See his incredible performance above.
