Issa Rae Brings Back the Mirror Rap to Let Us Know That Insecure Season 4 Premieres in April

New year, new Issa! Season three of Insecure left us with a newfound sense of self and the tantalizing need to know what's next, but due to Issa Rae's busy schedule, fans have had to wait a bit longer for season four's production. Thankfully, the wait is over! Rae surprised fans with a small teaser on her Instagram page announcing the premiere date for the show's fourth installment: April 12. Not only are fans a few months away from catching up with Issa, Molly, Tiffany, and the rest of the gang, but we also got a sneak peek of how Issa's been fairing since season three's finale. Spoiler alert: she's feeling damn good!

Not only does Issa look like she's loving life, but she's obviously feeling it, too! The dancing, the rapping, the smiles; it looks like putting an end to all the boy drama has done her some real good. Now let's hope she sticks to it! Watch the teaser above, and get ready to get your grind on — Issa and her shenanigans will be back on our screens on April 12.
