We had a cat once. She was a stray we eventually adopted, and I always admired her agility. The way she could spring up and land on a dime, leaping from the ground up onto a thin fence, without ever falling. I thought, of course, that was peak athleticism for a cat. Until I saw this popular Twitter thread that features a cat doing what I can only describe as actual pull-ups on a door frame. The owner is shocked at what he sees, shouting "Yo, my cat is yoked!"

I lift a 25-pound child all day long and will never be anywhere near as strong as this kitty!
