It sounds like Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard's kids have had a hard time fully understanding their parents' fame. On Monday night's episode of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, Dax revealed that his 4- and 6-year-old daughters, Delta and Lincoln, were pretty darn shocked when they put the pieces together and realized their mom and dad are celebrities. The young girls are well aware their mom is Princess Anna from Frozen. They've been to movie sets, seen billboards with their parents' faces on them, and witnessed fans taking photos of them in public, Dax told Stephen. But when they started asking about why people listen to his podcast Armchair Expert, that's when things started to click.

"'I think initially they started listening because they knew me and not Monica [Padman],'" Dax said, recounting the conversation he had with his daughter, who shot back with, "Why do they know you?" Dax said he bluntly informed his daughter that listeners tune into his podcast because he's "famous," which apparently led his daughter to excitedly exclaim, "You're famous?! Does mom know?'" Ugh, how adorable and pure is that?! Dax explained to Stephen, "She understands how we're making a living, but this word 'famous' was its own thing."
