Dwyane Wade Praises "Working Mother" Gabrielle Union For 1 Very Important Reason

"Take Your Child to Work Day" can be an overwhelming annual day at work, but for Gabrielle Union, it's a choice, and it's monumental for the development of her baby girl. On Thursday night, Gabrielle's husband, Dwyane Wade, shared photos on Instagram, praising his wife for bringing their 1-month-old daughter to work with her, and it's really special.

"Working Mother!" he wrote. "@kaaviajames is cared for and loved on by her mother in between takes. She's gonna grow up understanding and knowing that her mother is a career woman who still made sure she didn't miss even the smallest moments in her life. @gabunion you go girl!"

As an NBA player, Dwyane made headlines last month for his decision to take paternity leave right in the middle of his final basketball season, and he is now back at work and thankful for Gabrielle. Of course, not every career path allows for a new parent to bring their child to work with them so they can spend time together during breaks, but it's clear Gabrielle is making the most of this opportunity. She also shared a video on social media in which she's kissing their baby girl while on set.
