This Mom's Swollen Foot Is All the Proof You Need That No 2 Pregnancies Are Alike

Chontel Duncan, an Australian trainer and model, is a master when it comes to pointing out the glaring differences between how two women's bodies handle pregnancy. (Remember that viral side-by-side photo of the two women showing off their baby bumps at six months pregnant and looking completely different? Yup, that was her on the left.) But the trainer's recent post shows that there can be vast differences between pregnancies even if it's the same woman.

Duncan shed light on the differences between her first and second pregnancies in an Instagram she posted on Sept. 19 that shows how swollen her feet got while carrying her first baby, as opposed to her second:

"Creating foot phobias all around the world with this post, but this is the raw truth on how bad my fluid got towards the end of my first pregnancy," she wrote. "Second time round I have done nothing different but have absolutely no fluid retention."

So if you're wondering if your next pregnancy will be just like your last one, this should put it all into perspective.
