Any parent who negotiates car seat time with Cheerios and Goldfish understands the real price that's being paid here. You'd think the inevitable blanket of crumbs that covers your child's body, their car seat, and somehow half of the backseat would be the biggest headache, but it's what you don't see that comes back to haunt you. Reddit user Don_Antwan made this point in one photo. After peeling off the car seat cover and snapping a picture of the shockingly huge pile of cereal and crackers that was trapped under the cover, parents quickly chimed in to confirm that this is totally normal for so many of us.
I think it's safe to say that if your kids eat in the car, it's par for the course. After all, it's nothing a handheld vacuum (or leaf blower!) can't fix.
