Parents who have kids between the ages of 6 and 12 might be familiar with a particularly vibrant pop star known as Jojo Siwa. After making her debut on Dance Moms, the 16-year-old quickly amassed an empire thanks to her punchy music videos, colorful lines of merchandise (yep, the giant bows your kids beg for!), and over-the-top personality. On paper, Jojo's without a doubt a great role model for kids. She's positive, upbeat, and doesn't seem to have any facial tattoos as far as we can see.

But like anything our kids become fond of overnight, Jojo's infallible neon presence and penchant for talking incredibly fast can certainly be a lot to take in at first. When you compare her to other celebrities — like, say, Billie Eilish, who's only a year older — there's no doubt her super-peppy brand stands out.
