- 1 3-ounce box Raspberry JELL-O gelatin
2 cups coconut water
1 cup shredded coconut
- Add the JELL-O gelatin and coconut water to a small saucepan and heat until dissolved.
- Pour into an 8x8-inch baking dish and have your child sprinkle the top with coconut.
- Chill for 3 hours or overnight, then cut into squares. Invite your little one to lightly spread whipped cream over the squares and enjoy!
