While we'd never say no to a night spent going door-to-door gathering some candy, there's something to be said for hanging out on the couch with a bowl of popcorn in hand, binging on Halloween movies. While every person has their favorites, Redbox recently surveyed 1,200 people to see what the most family-friendly Halloween movies out there were, and we have to say, its ranking is on point. 5. Hotel Transylvania

We love this family flick that puts an adorable spin on classic monsters like the Mummy, Frankenstein, and Dracula. It's a perfect intro to scary movies for little ones!

4. The Nightmare Before Christmas

This Tim Burton classic certainly puts a spooky twist on one of the most joyous holidays. Watch as Jack Skellington tries to incorporate a little bit of Christmas magic into Halloween Town, where he's lived all his life.

3. Beetlejuice

Say his name three times fast and you're in for a very unpleasant treat. Eek!

2. It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown

This classic 1966 TV special never gets old. Watch as Linus eagerly awaits for the Great Pumpkin to arrive in the middle of the patch. Keep your eyes peeled for a friendly four-legged face.
