- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
- 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1⁄3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1⁄3 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons drained capers
