A faux Frenchie named Penelope appears to have trouble figuring out how to dog. The pup's owner shared an adorable video of the pooch struggling to bark on Instagram, and obviously, the sweet clip went viral instantly. Penelope's mom gave her followers a rundown of what's going on in the video, captioning it: "I'm getting bigger and finding my voice." And we have to agree, based on the purring sound she's making, Penelope has a little bit of work to do. All we can say is A for effort!
