When it comes to discussing the ins and outs of raising kids, Kristen Bell does not hold back one iota. And her latest topic of conversation is probably her most, ahem, intimate yet. On an episode of The Joel McHale Show With Joel McHale that aired Feb. 25, the mother of two admitted she contracted a nasty case of pinworms from her daughters.

She told Joel that although the "anal worms" weren't painful, they were itchy and required a "shot of chalky nonsense" from the drugstore to get rid of them.

The Bad Moms actress also dropped some pinworm-related knowledge on her viewers, saying that not only are they super contagious, but "50 percent of people over 15 don't experience symptoms, which is the itch. Your kids get them because they put their hands in their mouth and they lay eggs."

Yup, pretty gross.

And in case you didn't totally buy into the fact that she is arguably one of the most relatable moms ever, Kristen also divulged the source of the anal worm outbreak: day care.

"I noticed at our preschool all the carpets were gone. And I was like, 'This is an interesting development . . . where are the carpets?' And they were like, 'Oh, we're having them cleaned," and I was like, 'OK, why?' and they said, 'Oh, we had a pinworm case.'" Surprise, surprise, right?
