See Dwayne Johnson and Baby Tia's Adorable Father-Daughter Duet to Moana's "You're Welcome"

For Dwayne Johnson's 2-year-old daughter, Tia, one of the biggest perks of having a dad who plays Maui in Disney's Moana is that he can sing all of her favorite songs anytime she asks — even if she won't admit that her dad actually is Maui. "Could this be the glorious day my sweet baby Tia, finally accepts that her daddy is the demigod, Maui from MOANA?" Dwayne captioned a video shared to his Instagram account on Aug. 10. "After repeatedly requesting, 'sing to my doggies daddy' I have a good feeling about this one. Aaaaaaaand that's a very firm, NO. Even the doggies are callin' BS. Enjoy your weekend, my friends!" While Tia may not have grasped the concept of voice acting just yet, she and her dad have sung Moana's "You're Welcome" together so many times that she even remembers some of her favorite lyrics. So Dwayne treated us all to a sneak peek at one of their daily father-daughter duets.

The sweet at-home performance video comes just four months after Dwayne shared a video of him singing the song to Tia during handwashing time. As parents all across the country have come up with creative ways to get their kids to wash their hands amidst the coronavirus outbreak, all Dwayne has to do is break into his rap piece from "You're Welcome," and Tia is sold. It's like a Disney movie come to life, after all!

"Our sheltering at home, pre daddy's shower ritual," Dwayne captioned the sweet video, in which he washes Tia's hands and makes her giggle. "Before my showers now, Baby Tia (mama mia) demands I sing the rap portion of my song 'You're Welcome' from Moana, while I wash her hands. We realized a few weeks ago that the rap portion of the song is perfect timing when getting your little ones to have fun washing their hands. Stay healthy and safe, my friends."
