As a person who currently owns five cats, I damn well know that if I came within two feet of any of them with a Halloween costume in hand, hell would promptly pay. But some pet owners have kitties who are way more docile than mine, and these photos of them all dolled up for a night of trick-or-treating prove that fact.

While many of these costume-clad four-legged friends are clearly plotting their owner's death while the camera flashes, there's absolutely no denying that the pictures are hilarious.
