Congratulations are in order: Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are expecting their second child together. People confirmed the news on Aug. 20 after multiple reports circulated earlier in the day. The on-again-off-again couple were last spotted together in June when they walked the red carpet for the 72nd Annual Parsons Benefit in New York with their 3-year-old daughter Stormi in hand and instantly sparked rumors of a reconciliation. Kylie and Travis later confirmed the news in a sweet Instagram video on Sept. 7.
