Netflix's Gabby's Dollhouse Will Be Coming Back For a Second Season in August! See the Trailer

One of Netflix's first new shows of 2021 came in the form of Gabby's Dollhouse, a live-action animated hybrid series about a girl named Gabby, her cats, and a magical dollhouse. The first season debuted on Jan. 5, and it's now confirmed that a second season will drop on Netflix this August!

DreamWorks Animation shared the news on June 8 in celebration of National Best Friends Day with a short video of Gabby and her best cat friend, Pandy. Gabby's Dollhouse promotes growth mindset, and according to a press release, season two will continue to focus on this important skill.

"Gabby's adventures celebrate making mistakes and finding creative ways to learn from them," the release reads. "Some of Gabby's kitty friends may not be as flexible when their adventures become challenging, but Gabby is never afraid to, in her words, 'fail fantastically' and make something beautiful out of a tough situation. Her positive attitude and resilience helps everyone see the best in any situation."
