Halsey Shares a Son With Ex-Partner Alev Aydin — Meet Ender

Pop star Halsey added the title "parent" to their résumé back in 2021 when they welcomed their first child with ex-partner Alev Aydin. The pair's baby boy, named Ender, was born just about six months after Halsey surprised fans with the news of their pregnancy.
Halsey first announced they were expecting with a series of maternity photos on Instagram captioned, "surprise! 🍼🌈👼🏻." Aydin commented, "Heart so full, I love you, sweetness ❤️❤️," to which Halsey replied: "I love you!!!!! And I love this mini human already!"
Now, in 2023, it seems the two will coparent their little one after a source confirmed an amiable split to POPSUGAR on April 25. According to Los Angeles County court documents obtained by POPSUGAR, Halsey requested full physical custody of their son along with a request for visitation for Aydin. An insider said the custody arrangements were made on account of Halsey's summer tour.
Over the past two years, Halsey and Aydin have shared rare glimpses of their son on social media. Most recently, Halsey posted a photo series of Ender on Instagram showing off his budding artistic skills. One picture featured their baby boy sitting on a brick sidewalk with a piece of chalk in hand.

Ender Ridley Aydin
Halsey and Aydin welcomed their child, Ender, on July 14, 2021. Both parents shared the news on their Instagram accounts with different black and white hospital photos.
"Gratitude. For the most 'rare' and euphoric birth. Powered by love," Halsey wrote in the caption of their Instagram gallery, which included a photo of the family of three and another one of Ender nursing. On Aydin's own account, he simply captioned his post with Ender's full name and date of birth.
Since then, Halsey and Aydin have both shared a handful of photos of Ender on their pages. For his first birthday, Halsey penned a sweet message to her baby boy alongside an Instagram carousel, writing, "my little tiny baby is a big one year old today! time flies, and I want to land the plane. permanently. your baba and I love you so much. you are smart and fiercely determined and sweet and curious and funny. I am so lucky that you found me Ender Ridley!"
