Shay Mitchell Shares a Peek Inside Baby Atlas's First Year — Pumping, Poopy Diapers, and All

Can you believe it's already been one year since Shay Mitchell welcomed her rainbow baby girl, Atlas? To celebrate her daughter's first birthday, the 33-year-old actress shared a video compilation of highlights from Atlas's inaugural trip around the sun, and it's too darn precious for words.

At the start of the video, Mitchell explained why she took a break from her YouTube channel and how raising her child with longtime boyfriend Matte Babel has been both tough and fulfilling. "I wanted to really take some time to embrace motherhood and all that came with it," she said. "I think we all can agree that this year has definitely been one of the most challenging years in a long time, but on a personal note, not only has it been a little exhausting, a little tiring, it's also definitely been the most rewarding year."

Mitchell's nine-minute birthday tribute includes a look back at many of Atlas's big milestones (see: her first steps, first bite of solid food, and first words) and a few more trying moments as well (see: overflowing diapers, pumping, and sleep training).
