When Chrissy Teigen arrived to her Sports Illustrated swim shoot, the supermodel was hesitant to try on a bikini. This would be the first time she was posing post baby, after all. "She showed up telling me she would only shoot one-pieces, and if I could throw a blanket over the top of her, that would be great," editor MJ Day said.

But after embracing her natural glow on the beach, Chrissy quickly changed her mind, changing into printed string designs in various shades of purple. "By the end of [the shoot], I think she was wearing nothing," MJ said.

Chrissy weighed in too: "MJ's right, and I don't want to say this to her, but the tinier the suit, the smaller and hotter you look. Ugh, I hate that. I hate that she's right!"

It's easy to see why Chrissy felt so confident after studying her shots with photographer James Macari. This year's iconic issue will include women of all shapes and sizes, continuing its strive for diversity.
