On Aug. 2, Nick Jonas shared glimpses from a recent getaway with wife Priyanka Chopra and baby Malti, which involved an idyllic yacht ride and eye-catching swimwear. In the first photo of his Instagram post, Chopra rocked a burgundy gingham-print bikini as she sat on Jonas's lap. The set featured a scoop-neck top and high-cut, high-waisted bottoms, which she paired with sporty shield sunglasses and stacked necklaces. Jonas, on the other hand, wore a casual cutoff t-shirt, leopard-print swim shorts, and a backwards baseball hat.
In another image of the family of three at the beach, Chopra is seen in a red swimsuit top with giant ruffles and matching ruched bottoms. One-year-old Malti looked adorable in head-to-toe white, including an oversize hat, while Jonas wore another cutoff band tee and swim shorts. "July was a movie," Jonas captioned the collection of photos, which also included snaps from their recent Wimbledon date and Chopra's 41st birthday celebration at a lake in England.
High-cut swimsuits like Chopra's gingham number have been making a comeback this summer, along with other popular trends like cheeky thongkinis and naked bikinis. The high-cut silhouette was largely in vogue in the '80s thanks to Pamela Anderson in "Baywatch," but has recently seen a resurgence with celebrities like Pink, Miley Cyrus, and Lizzo showing love for the style.
