Selena Gomez has been wearing one amazing outfit after another while promoting her new film, The Dead Don't Die. While she brought the glamour to the red carpet in a feathered dress by Celine and then got cozy for the afterparty in a PJ set, her latest look came with a very important accessory.

The actress attended a taping of the talk show Live With Kelly and Ryan wearing a blue-and-white printed Chanel dress and white heels. Her midi dress featured buttons down the front and ruffled sleeves. While the Chanel number was really pretty, we got a glimpse of her necklace — thanks to her stylist Kate Young's Instagram — and it actually had a very special meaning to it.

Selena accessorized with a 1973 necklace from Sophie Ratner, which supports women's reproductive health and equal rights. The necklace was made in collaboration with Physicians for Reproductive Health and commemorates the 45th anniversary of the historic 1973 Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision. Thirty percent of the proceeds from each necklace are donated to the group. Keep reading to get a closer look at her full look and shop similar versions of her necklace if you're feeling inspired as well.
