If you're doing the the Sweat Two-Week Low-Impact Barre and Yoga Workout Plan, then this full-body barre workout with Britany Williams is day eight. You'll start the workout with a warmup before moving on to the rest of the workout. "The focus will be on arms and abs, finishing off with legs," Williams told POPSUGAR.

Equipment needed: yoga mat, chair, and light dumbbells (2-8 pounds); if you don't have dumbbells, you can use soup cans.
