Some days we are on our game, pushing our limits, crushing new PRs. And then other days, well, we barely get our sports bras on the right way and are lucky we're wearing a sock on each foot. It's OK to not feel awesome every time you go for a run or lift a dumbbell. These natural ups and downs are all part of your fitness journey, but the most important thing is to not let those downs keep you down.
