Eating healthy is more than just about shedding pounds — though that's definitely a perk. More importantly, a good diet will result in increased energy and help you feel better overall. According to fat-loss coach Chad Hargrove, "This stuff isn't rocket science. There's no special diet." But there are foods that are better for you than others.

Chad also noted that eating in moderation won't necessarily help you reverse an unhealthy diet. The best advice? Stick to the foods to your left, and you will see results.
