It's very easy to walk out of Starbucks with a drink that has way more calories than you wanted or planned for, but it doesn't have to be that way. There are tons of low-calorie options for hot and iced Starbucks drinks. You can also shave off calories by switching up the type of milk you choose, getting fewer syrup pumps, or ordering a small size (a short is eight ounces).
